Reveal® 3-D for Soy
Overview
Reveal® 3-D for Soy can be used in environmental swabs, rinses, food products and ingredients for the presence of significant level of soy. Reveal® 3-D allergen tests kits are uniquely designed with three-line readout – control line assures kit is working properly, and two other lines for nondetectable, low and high levels of soy. The test’s 3-D technology ensures greater reliability with screening than ever before.
Note: Reveal® 3-D for Soy is not suitable for the detection of soy-derived lecithin.
