Reveal® 3-D for Crustacea
Overview
Reveal® 3-D for Crustacea can be used in environmental swabs, rinses and food products. Reveal® 3-D allergen tests kits are uniquely designed with three-line readout – control line assures kit is working properly, and two other lines for nondetectable, low and high levels of crustacea. The test detects significant low ppm levels of crustacea content in foods, rinses and environmental swabs.
