Reveal® 3-D for Gluten

Overview

Reveal® 3-D for Gluten can be used in any environmental swabs and clean-in-place rinses. The Reveal® 3-D allergen tests kits are uniquely designed with three-line readout – control line assures kit is working properly, and two other lines for nondetectable, low and high levels of Gluten.

Validation of certain food ingredients may be applicable for the Reveal® 3-D test format, however, it is recommended that a more broadly inclusive test method such as Veratox® quantitative test, be used for food ingredients.

Reveal® 3-D for Gluten (SKU: 8505) uniquely designed with 3 lines of detection and can be used anywhere to screen foods, ingredients and environmental swabs and rinses for the presence of gluten. The test’s 3-D technology ensures greater screening reliability than ever before.
