Reveal® 3-D for Gliadin
Overview
Reveal® 3-D for Gliadin can be used in any environmental swabs and clean-in-place rinses. The Reveal® 3-D allergen tests kits are uniquely designed with three-line readout – control line assures kit is working properly, and two other lines for nondetectable, low and high levels of Gliadin. The test’s 3-D technology ensures greater reliability with screening than ever before.
Validation of certain food ingredients may be applicable for the Reveal® 3-D test format, however, it is recommended that a more broadly inclusive test method such as Veratox® for Gliadin R5, be used for food ingredients.
