Principle:
(glucose oxidase)
(1) D-Glucose + H₂O + O₂ → D-gluconate + H₂O₂

(peroxidase)
(2) 2H₂O₂ + p-hydroxybenzoic acid + 4-aminoantipyrine →
quinoneimine + 4H₂O
